Hello all,

Since a few days, the "Summary" tab under "Capacity" is no longer visible for me in the Admin Center. For my colleague who is also an administrator is it visible.

Does anyone know where this is controlled and how I can have it displayed again?

Thank you in advance!

    Hi MichaelFo96,

Do you mean the capacity in PPAC?

Other than the summary tab suddenly disappearing, is there anything under other tabs that is different from your colleague?

Have you tried to clear cache of the browser or change other browsers to test?

Maybe you can open tickets for Microsoft support team for further help:

    Hi,

all other tabs are the same. I tried to clear the cache of the browser and testet it on a different browser. The issue occours there too.

I will create a ticket at microsoft and will keep the community updated.

    Same problem for me.

Could it be a missing user role or group?

    Hi Partner,

According to the latest information obtained from Microsoft:

PPAC had design change. With changes PPAC will only allow tenant admin review PPAC>Capacity>Summary Page.

Summary tab is only visible for tenant admin. It was a change that was recently performed as it was a privacy issue. We are working on public documentation for this.

It is the same in the EMEA region, I hope it will soon be restored, because it is very useful!

Yes, knowing the capacity even for developers or project managers is very useful to plan projects and environments without asking to Tenant Admin every time

The same issue for me, but it is really very useful function, I can check the capacity situation and plan my development, but now, I can't get what I want, wish Microsoft can resume this function..
