Customer Loyalty Solution

Hello everyone,

I am asked in my End of Studies Project to develop a solution that manage Customer Loyalty program (earn, burn, partners management, gifts catalog) that uses Dynamics CRM et CRM Social Engagement 2016 in an On-premise deployment environment .

I am new in the CRM  world, as I read that CRM offer customization and development environment ,

What I should start with? Is there any free/open source solution can avoids me to start from scratch

Please any advices, suggestions ..

    Yes, CRM offers you a rich customization and development capabilities, so it can be customized based on your requirements. you can look for different case studies where you can get idea about the functionality.

    Thanks, but I found that the majority of solutions as it isn't open sources it don't describe their functionalities for a developer in the aim of customization, my question  : is there any template based similar to whose I found in the CRM 2016 Industry Templates

    Mohamed,

    Ignify out of California has a customer loyalty solution add on for CRM.  It is very robust. Or you could just customize CRM to your loyalty program requirements.

    Thanks a lot John, I found this solution,  It's for business goals and I cannot purchased it, but I am asked to develop/customize a free solution similar to it, so  I can only inspire from it :(

    Another solution can be helpful and gives a trial licence called xRM Loayalty  I will try it :)
