Where i can Create Vendor rating like A,B,C in vendor form

You have ABC code on vendor form. Are you looking for a different thing?
There are many other fields that you can use of ABC categpry is not enough.
I guess you want to use this for grouping vendors.
I've used purchasing group for grouping purposes some times as this is also present in master planning planned orders and purchases.
