I struggle with our sales team closing out old opportunities, is there a way that they can receive email reminders when they are due or past due? They also don't fill in all the proper fields and when I pull funnels for reporting, it's not accurate.

    You can alert functionality and define the alert based on some conditions. Take a look at the blog,
