Hi all,

I need to convert opportunity to work order but getting following alert message:"The sales tax code must be set on the Customer(Account) when "Tax Exempt" is set to No."  in Dynamic CRM.

    Hi Akram, for sure you already have solved your task but for those who may be have the same issue, you should try to set the Tax code on the Field Service Tab on the account form.

    Here is a link describing what is needed to be able to convert cases and process work orders: docs.microsoft.com/.../create-work-order
