Here is one scenario happening with my client :
Some end users are creating some personal dashboards in D365 Online, once they left the organization no one can able to access those.
How to share those dashboards with others(Who can share those dashboards).
Can we able to restrict the user to create Personal Dashboards in future, if Yes how

Hi Babu Babu,
There are two types of dashboards, user dashboards and system dashboards. Users with create privileges on the User Dashboard entity can create a dashboard visible only to them in their work area such as Sales, Service, or Marketing. An admin or customizer creates or customizes system dashboards that, when published, are visible to everyone in the organization. A user can choose to set their user dashboard as their default dashboard and override the system dashboard.
To remove the ability for users to create their own dashboards, navigate to the security roles of the users that you want to restrict access from and in the core records tab make sure that the User Dashboard entity and the Saved View entity do not have create privileges.
