Business Process Flow - Backward Navigation 9.1 On premise

Hello All,

Is there an easiest way to navigate backwards (skipping stages) using a Business process flow? Let's say I have a business process flow that goes from A -> B -> C-> D -> E. Based on some fields, the active stage must be set from D -> B or E - > B. Background workflows work for forward navigation (skipping navigations also works). But when it comes to backward navigation, there are several issues. I saw this example using Power automate: https://benitezhere.blogspot.com/2019/05/automatically-update-the-stage-of-a-business-process-flow-with-flow.html?m=1 but we are using 9.1 0n - premise version and I wonder if the example works for backward navigation.

Appreciate your feedback.

Thanks
Cherry

    Hi Partner,
You can use workflow to active any stage of BPF based on specific field value.
Firstly, you need download and install workflow tools to set process stage in the workflow.
