We're setting up CRM 2016 Online with Exchange Online. Everything is set to Server-side Synch.
Going forward, we want all mailboxes (licensed CRM users) to be automatically approved and synched. We do not want to have someone manually do it every time a new CRM user is added.
Since setting the default Service-side Synch settings, we have not added any new users to CRM.
How can we automate this?
