Master Planning including expired Sales Quotations and canceled opportunities

Does anyone know how to have Master Planning (both deprecated & Planning Optimization) exclude Sales Quotations under these either of these circumstances:

Sales quotation expiration date is < current system date of MRP
1. Note, quotation in status of Created or Sent
Sales quotation's linked opportunity status =
1. Canceled
2. Lost

We are seeing planned orders being generated in both those situations and are able to replicate in sandbox environment.

We are only aware of and these two parameters which we do have set

Navigation: Master planning ->Setup -> Plans ->Master plans

Select the appropriate plan

Fast Tab: General

Parameter Include sales quotations toggle = Yes

If no then sales quotations are not included at all

Parameter Probability % = 90

Help test within D365

if you selected the Include sales quotations option, you can select a probability percentage. The master scheduling calculation includes all project or sales order of the Quotation type that have the same probability percentage or higher.

Therefore we expect Sales Quotations that only meet these conditions are included in Master Planning

Linked opportunity AND has a probability >= 90%
