We have entered and order for a single customer. The order looks fine and drop ship is not marked. When we fulfill and transfer to an invoice, it appears drop ship is marked - which no one appears to have done.
Is there any thoughts on this?

As far as the custom yes they are running custom screen OFF of the sopy entry window but not the main window. They are using:
SOP Customer Detail Entry
SOP User Defined Field Entry
They also use starship as an add on.
I will try disabling them and see. I am not sure that is the issue but lets see.
Hi Kate, with this and your other post re the receivable line being generated - first question I would ask is: Do you have any third party or customised software running on the SOP Entry window?
Do you know how to check for add on customisations in the Dynamics.set file?
On the SOP Entry window - is the Window name on top left preceeded or followed by a period / full stop?
