JavaScript create user

Hi,

I am new in this field of programing so I aplogize for any "stupid answers and question".

I have problem with JS. I need to create user on load of account. but right now i tried a lot of things but nothing realy works out for me.

So basicly i need when somone click account -> new user is created. thats all.

    Oh sorry I got that wrong. New CONTACT needs to be created not user.

    You mean when you or someone click account record then new crm user needs to created?
