Adaptive card for survey

I want to send customer voice survey to customer in form of adaptive card (actionable message) in outlook, so that user can directly respond from mail without opening browser, how can we achieve this?

    Hi Aabid,

    Ability to send survey via adaptive cards is not supported Out of the box today.

    You can create and vote for the idea in aka.ms/customervoiceideas so that we can add it to the backlog and prioritize it.
