Hi everybody,I would like to ask a question.A customer I am working for needs to automatically generate list of employees or workers recently hired with the screening in due date for sending this list to the doctor and organizing the appointments.I have tried to use power automate, power bi and power apps but I can't find where these information are stored (in the CDS??)Does someone have the same need?Is it possible to create and delivery this kind of list directly from Talent?If I have to use external tools, how can I reach out these information?

Have you checked the recent hires in personnel management? Then click the ‘advanced view’ to open the list the new employees.

Thank you for your answer, in detail what I am looking for is a method for automatically extracting, using a batch procedure, the listo of employees with medical screening to do or in due date.
This list should be delivered automatically to the office in charged of organizing the medical screening and to the doctor which perform the screening, this lists are composed by different columns because tehy need different information. Do you know if there is a way, using also external tools, for doing that?
