Hi All, I get this error when sending a statement from business central to customers, any ideas why I get this error?
Email account is setup and works perfectly but when sending a statement I get this. Please assist

Please check Email Account outbox which you are using to send mail where you can check what is the error while sending statement. Possible with that you can fix your issue. Mostly your account doesn't have permission to use 3rd party application to send email. you have to enable it from mail setting. and it will fix the issue.
To understand the error. Go to Email Account Page. Navigate -> Email Outbox it will open list of error, on this page you can check what is error

Hi,
Not sure, how you are sending the email? but please check as follows
1. Email Account send test email
2. Set Customer document Layout or Profile from customer card.
