Tax calculation model and drop ship addresses

Hi,

We have recently set up Multiple TAx registration and each time an order gets confirmed it removes the VAT number at header level. This only happens if the customer has multiple addresses. Not sure if anyone has had the same issue and what the fix was

Hello Bianca,

Which criteria have you set for the recognition of the tax registration number? Could you please share your screen?

If it's something based on the delivery address, it might be getting confused.

The VAT number is though saved in both the VAt number table and under the primary address as customer registration ID. Would that create a conflict?

Hello,

Try to check this configuration into the tax service.

1) VAT number and the process where to apply it:

2) The criteria to apply them into the documents (select as columns the delivery address fields):

3) When you finished the previous configuration, select the new one into the tax calculation parameters and check the tag "multiple VAT registration":
