User trying to edit an expense category and it doesn't change

Hi,

We have come across a situation where a user goes in to modify expenses categories that come in through pcard and when you click on the edit icon and choose something, the field never updates. However, if you make the change (even highlighting one record) and select 'bulk edit' it works! He has the same permissions as numerous other users which all work fine. His worked up until a couple of months ago. It has been tried on a Mac and Windows computer and Safari, Chrome and Edge. The thought is it has to be environmental but not exactly sure what else to check. Really don't think clearing cache, cookies or history from a browser will make a difference since it was tried on two computers.

Hi,

Could you share some screenshots what you exactly mean?

What version are you using?

I would like to if you are doing it in the expense report or expenses itself. As far as I understood it doesnt work on one user, not a general issue, right?

As a quick check, try to use standard view if you arent using it already.

Hi,

In case this issue still occurs, please check the behavior for this and other users in a non-production environment. If you can reproduce the issue, a developer can start a debugging session to check what exactly is happening.
