RMS Help - how to delete a PO that has been received & committed twice with different po number

Hi Folks

Doing my inventory counts for the year and came to discover that a PO was entered twice for the same items received.  Can I delete a PO? what will happen to my Items and inventory count? Will this affect anything else that I should know about?

This is a time sensitive issue, any help would be appreciated. Currently holding off on my inventory count import till have have answers to my questions?

    Hi Danny, generally it is not good practice to delete a purchase order as it may effect other parts of the database. Have you thought about doing a transfer out to negate the items that were received twice?  Your Microsoft Dynamics RMS Partner may also have other suggestions.
