How to Generate Acknowledgement letter on create of case / On save and Download pdf of Acknowledgement in CRM

The Letter format should be like this...By fetching customer details from the case form and generate the letter.

Hi,

You can create a custom SSRS reporting having this format, further this report can be downloaded manually or you can write custom workflow to render this report and attach to email as pdf.

You can create word template of this format and send email with attachments.

Plas follow the below link how to create word template.

I will create one ssrs report and i will deploy that to a CRM , then How do i download .rdl report as PDF on onsave of case form.

If you are going to create SSRS then use the below scripts to run the report and send email with PDF automatically.

when ever i create a case and click on save then an Acknowledgment letter should be download by taking customer details and it should download as PDF ON OnSave of case.

this is my requirement

You can just call that method on OnSave event right ?, also it will be a better options to have it on button instead of generating pdf every time on save.

If so then you no need to create report rather out of box Word Template . Its quite straight forward without any code.
