Get selected record ID\Entity Name from the Search form CIF v 2.0

On incoming call the multi search form is opened due to multiple matches occur in the CRM. When I select the respective record it opens in new tab as shown in the diagram. Is there any way to get the ID and entity name of the particular record when selected from the search form.
 
I also used onPageNavigate API but it always shows the record ID and entity name for every traversal in the CRM.
 
Kindly suggest the way forward.
