    Hi navsin,

I would recommend you use Microsoft Power Automate.

Try designing a D365 workflow that uses the following entities: project team, project task, resource assignments.

You would need to automatically create resource assignment records.

You can read about the data model here: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/project-service/reports-working-project-service-data-model#reporting-on-projects.

That should be possible but because you may need to update children records, you may need to use workflow tools and update children method.

MS Flow is surely another option.

    I hope it will help.

    Matthew

For the Project Planning and efficient resource allocation try new Task Management solution for Dynamics 365. It allows you to manage not only your individual tasks but all of your team members or particular Project team.

Each new task created can easily be assigned to any user by clicking the photo of the user in the owner column and searching for another user’s name. All user photos will be automatically applied from the Dynamics 365 user photos.

    Download it from AppSource
