Running a BC130 in a Virtual Server my BC Web Client keeps crashing after a short time after showing the Web Client Role Center.

I have added a screenshot from the browser (I have tried Chrome and Edge with same result).

    seems to be a bug.

    means jquery is not loaded before variable $ is called.

    solutions: microsoft ticket or upgrading to a newer version.

    Hi,

    The issue can be related to the Business Chart control add-in which, probably, using on your role center.

    It could happen because this JavaScript Control Add-in was taken from the old version of D365BC\NAV.
    To solve this issue you need to update correct JavaScript Control Add-ins on your database in the following way:
    1. Open Control Add-ins page via Tell Me on the Demo database with an exact platform and build version as your target database;
    2. Export Microsoft.Dynamics.Nav.Client.BusinessChart Control Add-in to the local folder: Control Add-in Resource -> Export
    3. Open Control Add-ins page on your target database
    4. Import a new Control Add (from step 2): Control Add-in Resource -> Import
    Repeat these steps for all JavaScript Control Add-ins if needed.
