greetings,

I want to connect my salesforce account and my business central account through the smart connect app, Correct my understanding of the procedure to do the same.

> Build a connection between smart connect and the Salesforce account

> Build a connection between business central and smart connect

(kindly correct me if my understanding is wrong)

Q. after connection if I want to establish integration between smart connect and business central, how shall I do the same? in this I have an understanding that if I go into the /integration/ tab and establish an integration between business central and Salesforce, my requirement shall be fulfilled, kindly guide me regarding the same

from the above screenprint, I can establish connections between my business central and salesforce accounts with the smart connect app. (correct me if I'm wrong)

if I establish integration here, will I be able to connect business central and Salesforce? If not, how shall I connect business central with Salesforce?

I have the same question (0)

Hi, as far as I know, Microsoft currently does not support the integration of BC and SalesForce, you can find solutions from partners in AppSource.

    Hope this helps.
    Thanks.

    Hi YUN ZHU,

Please see below screen print of the smartconnect site, there is mentioned that we can connect, but currently we are not able to do that, could you please let us know what we can do?

Hello! You might consider using a third-party platform, as Microsoft doesn’t offer a built-in connector for this. For instance, the Skyvia cloud platform provides integration between Salesforce and Dynamics Business Central.
