Hi, we have two fields A and B. We want the user to enter either one of the fields without which we dint want to save the record.

Please advise how I can achieve this. I tried using business rule but it is messing up.

Thanks!

RE: Making one of the field mandatory

    Hi ,

Create a business rules condition look like below  -

If Field A does not contain data

     Set Field B Business Required

Set Field A Not Business Required

Else field B does not contains data

     Set Field A Business Required

Set Field B Not Business Required.

Here is sample I did  with test -

IFMain Phone does not contain data

    THEN
    Set Fax as Business Required
Set Main Phone as Not Business Required
    ELSE IF

    Fax does not contain data

    THEN
Set Main Phone as Business Required
Set Fax as Not Business Required

    Hope this helps.
