How can i perform a bulk upload of a specific service request? IE i would like to create 80-90 service requests at once instead of entering manually one by one.

D365 consists of many applications, such as Finance and Operations, Sales or Business Central. You're asking in D365 general forum, therefore it's not clear which product you have in mind. Please add this information.

Bulk Upload Service Requests

Hi,

You can use the Upload a file or an image action in the Dataverse connector to upload a file to a specific file column of a specific entity.

In my testing, I uploaded files from OneDrive to the file field named Custom file in all of my contact records.

Hi Dengliang Li,

Do you know if i would follow the same process to do this within Tamarac CRM which is powered by Dynamics? I am trying to upload about 80-90 service requests to process at once instead of individually entering through the account page.
