Prompt text on Customer Tab

Hey Guys.

Quick question to you please.

How can I add a 'prompt text' to Customer Tab on Dynamics Nav so it appears (only for internal use) on both Orders Tab and Customer Tab?

I'm after some sort of pop up with notes (if you wish) so when entering Customer tab I can automatically see that there are notes/prompt messages with important info.

Maybe Comments feature can help – please check below:

1. In Customer Card click Comments:

Add the comment:

2. In Sales Order you can view the comments from Customer here:

However, check the comments must be part of user’s process. The system will not show any kind of pop-up.

Additionally, you can also make available the field “Comments” in Customer Card. This way it’s easier to identify if the Customer has Comments associated:

What version of NAV or BC are you using? and you want to have a page open when you open a specific customer to enter some notes? if so, you need to make a customization to open the customer comments page.
