Hello,

We have a document in Apply Sales documents that shows an unapplied amount greater then the payment amount.  There are not applied too records.   I have ran reconcile and it did not help. 

1. How can this situation occur?

2. How can I resolve/

    Hi Donnette,

    I have gone through your screenshot about the unapplied amount is greater than applied amount as far as the GP process is concern when we make the sales our customer has been debited and Sales is credited while receiving payments cash/bank is debited and customer is credited while here we have make invoices and we not received the payment from customer or the payments from the customer is not updated accordingly.

    You have to check the customer payments individually and apply the invoices.
