Making exported Excel files editable immediately (not protected)

By default, the Excel file that results from CRM's export to Excel function is set to be non-editable; you have to open it and click on "Enable Editing" before it can be used, for example, for certain imports or mailmerges. I think I remember finding a way to set CRM or Excel so that the file is not protected, but I do not remember it again and a search does not turn it up for me. Can anyone help out? Thanks in advance!

Bear in mind that to achieve the objective here, you should only need to uncheck the first checkbox of the 3 Guido mentions (content originating from the internet). I would suggest to leave the others checked to reduce possible attack vectors (potentially unsafe locations and Outlook attachments).
