Authenticate BI with Dynamics 365 for operation

Dears, 

I have followed the steps in this article to configure BI with Dynamics 365 for operation .

However, when I click get started it give me 404 cannot be found error 

any clue where are the problem come from . 

I check azure and the Application registration is there . from  Bi website I linked it with Azure tenant . 

I am deploying Dynamics for retail on azure cloud for demo !
