Hello Everyone,

We are trying to turn on Analyze mode and cannot get it to turn on when users are using the license type of Business Central Essentials Attach, unless they are marked as a global administrator.  I have given the permission set of DATA ANALYSIS - EXEC as is stated in the documentation, but the system is removing the permission to execute with the message  Reduced - This user has been given the yes permission to the selected object, but the object is not included in their license.

We use a different type of license of Team Member and it works fine there, but it is limited on other areas so we cannot use it for everyone.

Is there another setting that we can control who has access to analyze, or a way around this permission issue?

Thanks in advance for any help!

    Thank you for the responses.

That feature is not available in my Feature Management page.  From what I have read, it was automatically enabled as of update 23 Q4.   Is there another way to enable it?

I have added the permission in the User Permission Sets of the individual user, and set it to our company.  Are you talking about adding it a different way?

    Thanks again!

    Hii There,

as per Your Question You can apply the permission of user in "Permission Set by User" in that you can define which permission is allowed to user in which company, You can Uncheck the permission for the User in specific company. "DATA ANALYSIS - EXEC" is the permission set in which you need to apply required changes.

If you found answer mark it answered.

    Thank you,
    Kamal Khakhkhar.

We are having this problem as well. Has anyone successfully turned this on for anyone other than the admins?

Yes, this exact thing is happening in my company too.  Any help from the community would be awesome!
    Thanks!
