    Hi Jose, On the Account record you will see the 'CONNECT' button on the toolbar, click this and the following window will open which will allow you to create a Connection with another record and allow you to define the Relationship / Role;

    Hope that Helps :)

    When you add a connection between tow records, it actually add tow records on ConnectionBase table, one as master record  ("IsMaster" = 1) and each one has aslo:

    • Record2ObjectTypeCode
    • Record1Id
    • Record1ObjectTypeCode
    • Record2IdObjectTypeCode
    • Record1IdObjectTypeCode.

    The link between AccountBase table and ConnectionBase came on tow fields if you add a connection to an account, in master one :

    Record1ObjectTypeCode = 1

    IsMaster =1

    Record1Id = AccountGUID

    In the case that IsMaster = 0, where could I get the relationship between
    Record1Id and AccountGUID?
    Thanks

    Below is a sample of connection between Account (A) and Account (M), Im sure it will give you more information about how the connection store the data on ConnectioBase table :

    6470.Capture.PNG

    You can try the query :

    Select top 2 ismaster, record1id, record1objecttypecode As OTC,record1objecttypecodename As OTCName ,record1idname, record1roleid,record1roleidname, record2id ,record2idname

    from filteredConnection
