I was setup AX demo server but it is shutdown after 45 Min without any message or warning.
Please advice...

Hi GORAV_VASHISTHA,
It's because of windows license, you need to rearm it.
Have you checked the Event log for Application and System? The reason of the shutdown is mentioned there.
It is most likely due to what Ievgen has linked, since the demo VMs are quite old now, but you could easily verify this yourself.
Also the VM has some other expired licenses too which you might have to refresh, there are solutions for those on this forum and on blogs.
