I'm more an IT guy then POS but I do know PC prices and have recently purchased RMS 2.0 1 Lane directly from MS. And I have seen price for complete systems like you list above. To me, they have kept the prices pretty tight with little padding/overhead. that is good. i would ask/consider:

-What OS are they providing? Win7pro -64 or  WinXP Pro -32 or? I would try to get the Win7pro -64, XP is on the way out. You should be getting Win7pro -64 at no additional price.

-Se if they will include 30day, limited support for free. Maybe 1hour support or something like that. To be sure you actually get up and running. And try to get a quoted, per call, price if you are not going with a service contract. Bargain now before the purchase....Service calls, or service contracts can be hard to come by or be soooo expensive.

In general, their pricing looks very competitive...my opinion here...good luck
