Hi,
While am doing project estimates, the AOS get hangs and going in to not responding mode.
if we have less data the project estimates are showing otherwise it is getting stuck .
I tried to clear the cache, syslastvalue, restart the services.
Can anyone please guide me on this.

It sounds like a performance problem, e.g. suboptimal query execution plan. Such things normally can't be solved by simply restarting services or so. You should measure which part is slow (Trace Parser is a great tool for that) and then try to improve it. It might mean changing code, introducing caching, changing indexes, or something like that.
Also pay attention to maintenance plans of your database (such as index fragmentation and statistics), because database is often the bottleneck. And make sure you're using the latest version, otherwise you could be wasting time with problems that have already been fixed by Microsoft.
