Getting HTTP authentication failure when executing request for CRMService on Dynamics CRM 4.0

I have been trying to execute the request of CRMService but only I'm able to succeed with on of the System Administrator. But when trying other System administrator user to execute the request below I'm getting a HTTP authentication failure in the response. I have checked that in all the places like CRM Database permission for administrator user but seems to be all ok.

Can you please suggest where I'm missing from to set the permission to access CRMService for other CRM Administrator  user. What are the checks need to be done?

Yes all admin users have same  access level as I have. I'm trying to consume CRMService service using other admin account but is giving HTTP authentication failure.

Do you have any idea on why we are receiving the HTTP authentication error.

When you say you are trying to consume the CRMServive what does that exactly mean? Can you please explain a little more

    Thanks,

I'm now want to change the admin credentials which is used by several application running outside of server. Problem is it's working with one of the admin credentials but not with other admin credentials.

All admin credentials have access to Dynamics CRM 4.0 application. But not having direct access like read/write/update of any record in CRM using other admin credentials from out side of server's application.

I have then consumed the CRMService using Soap UI tool to check and confirm about the access. It's working with one of the Admin credentials when executing the request in the post above and getting success response...But when I'm trying to execute the request using other credentials I'm getting HTTP authentication error in response mentioned in the post.
