Uknown Values in Accounts Receivable Cube (CustCube)

Hi,

I'm printing the standard Top Customer by YTD sales Report. There's an 'uknown' Customer appearing in the report.

In the CustCube perspective, AccountNum comes from CustTrans table. I thought maybe there're null or empty AccountNum values but that's impossible since AccountNum is a mandatory field.

I tried to browse the CustCube in SQL Server. Although I can see this 'uknown' values, I'm unable to find where it actually comes from. Tracing the value using this cube browser doesn't seem to make sense.

How do I properly trace the query of a cube in SQL Server Management Studio? Thank you.

    I processed all Dynamic AX initial cubes and the 'unknown' value is gone.

    Hi,

    Can you identify the amount in AX2012 by running one of the standard reports that might help you getting the customer name?

    Hi Ludwig,

    I checked on back end, there's no customer with name unknown. Plus, in the cube, even the Customer account appeared as unknown.

    This problem was solved as my above reply, but I couldn't verify my own answer.
