Has anyone had a problem with a workstation not being able to access the TOC.chm file by going through the Help Menu > Printable Manuals? I have a client that is on Windows XP SP2, GP 10 and when she clicks on the Printable Manuals it gives her an Internet Explorer script error. It attempts to open the TOC window but when we look at the window it is blank. We can access the manuals by going to the Documentation folder in the Program Files\Microsoft Dyanmics\GP location. I would just like to know how to correct the script error so she can get in through the help menu.
Any ideas? Thank you!
