I receive an error trying to establish a link between Business Central Cloud and Chase Bank using Yodlee, when attempting to connect I receive an Error that a Problem Occurred, doesn't matter what username and password that I use so the error is most likely coming from BC. I created a Microsoft Support Ticket
Received from Microsoft Support:
Chase has recently changed to an Open Banking model for third party product applications to access their sites. Currently the Yodlee Fast link integration within Business Central is a screen scraping model and is no longer supported at the moment with Chase. We have brought this forward to Yodlee to determine a solution to get Chase sites supported again. At the moment there is no ETA on when a solution will be provided. For now our Simplified Bank Import option will have to be used until Yodlee is supported with Chase again.
Has anyone heard of this issue? Did Chase kick Yodlee off of it until???
I have had the same problem and was about to change to Bank of America for business checking. However, I was able to link accounts this morning when I checked. Chase.com was not there previously and it is there now. I set up for synch. I have not seen the data come through, but the accounts are showing as linked. Microsoft support, is this now resolved with Chase?
In case anyone is still watching this thread... We originally received the same response from Microsoft when we opened a ticket for this same issue earlier this week. We escalated from Microsoft to Yodlee and last night they told us it would be fixed as of today. Not sure if we pushed the right buttons or just a big coincidence, but transactions now seem to be flowing well from Chase again.
my support response was pretty much a copy paste of the one above.
"Chase has recently changed to an Open Banking model for third party product applications to access their sites. Currently the Yodlee Fast link integration within Business Central is a screen scraping model....... "
Same issue. I also submitted a support ticket and will provide the response when it is received.
Any updates?
SAME ISSUE!!!
Steve, I am a partner and I have submitted a ticket to Microsoft Support on this issue, in the opening post of this thread, I started:

My original question was if anyone else has heard of this and is their an article that explains this better than the Microsoft Support person. I am still in conversations with them and they are talking with Yodlee, but for some reason they cannot provide me with a link to an article or any documentation related to this that I can provide to my clients saying that Chase and Yodlee do not play well together.
Thank you again for your help!
Mike
Mike,
Your Partner can submit a support ticket to Microsoft on YODLEE failure with Chase Bank. They have a direct contact for YODLEE and can help you.
Hope this helps if AMC Banking fails.
Thanks,
Steve
I am going to try the AMG solution, I will let you know how this goes.
Mike
Steve, thanks for the response, I am currently using Yodlee with Chase on our internal company BC implementation, it stopped working sometime in January, wasn't that big of a deal for us. I have set it up for other customers and have done all of the normal tricks. My main question was more to find additional information on the Chase and Yodlee relationship, somewhat expecting the Microsoft Support response to be truthful.
Thank you,
Mike
