audit trail created and who approved journals

hello

Is there an audit trail in d365 that will show us who created and approved JE? Can someone help with the setup and steps? Thanks

    You can navigate to :

    GL > Inquiries and Reports > Voucher transactions > Filter voucher > Click on Audit trail or try to add column Created by, Date etc...

    or

    GL > Inquiries and Reports > Audit trail report

    or

    Navigate to Journal Batch > Add columns approved by, created by etc....
