Hello, we would like to encrypt certain fields in the GP HR module such that only a certain set of authorized users can view those fields. In the same context the data needs to be stored in an encrypted format in the underlying SQL server database and should not allow fetching these data using smartlist reports or SQL queries by unauthorized users. Could someone please suggest if there are any tools available that could help us achieve this? or, do we need to go for custom coding? Thanks.

Did you ever find a solution to this issue? We too need to encrypt sensitive data in the GP HR/Payroll module. Is there a 3rd party or built in solution?
