Analytical Accounting Error

Hi all,

I select the GL Transaction Detail Enquiry window. Highlight a journal entry and drill back to it. Then I select Additional >> Analytical Transaction [to review the AA analysis attached to this line in the journal]. The ' AA-Detail Journal entry Enquiry' window opens. All good so far...

Then I click the blue expansion arrow beside the Transaction Date field in the window header...and I get the following warning message:

'Posting Date not found in table. Please select another one'.

The transaction Date window opens behind this message and other than this message, all seems fine.

GP 2013 SP2.

Any idea what this warning message means?

Hi IAN,

The Range to get the Analytical Trx Date information is not set properly as the aaDateID is always passed as 0.

Because of which the combination of Trx Date(Date displayed on the window) and aaDateID(which is 0 in this case) is not found in the AA Date Info table. the error message is popping up.
