Does anyone know why history displays like this? How can we fix it? Please help me

It is because the audit history is disabled and system cant evaluate the new value even if audit history will be enabled later on. We had same issue and we contact Microsoft support, they fixed the issue for us.

Hi,
This can happen due to a bug, when importing solutions.
We constantly have this and there is an unsupported workaround to delete the auditing stopped entries.

Ideally this icon shows when that auditing was disabled or some auditing data was removed. Please take a look below suggestions -
