If the e-mail you send are sent through a job queue it is natural that it will take some time before they are processed by the job queue.
If you are thinking about the cue tile you see in the role center that is also not constantly updated - only when the page is loaded or reloaded. So you might experience some delay in the counters there as well. Often the e-mail will show in the drilldown even though it is not updated in the cue counter.

Yes I also faced this issue. You have to wait for that time.
It is taking time when you run the report for remittance or other system mail report. But if you test the mail ID it will work fine.

Hi, I doubt if there is a setting in Office 365? As far as I know, there is currently no Email Delay feature in BC.

Thanks for your reply. its 5 to 10 minutes delay. it doesn't come in email outbox.
How long of a delay are you talking about?
