Aggregate measurement is to actually create and link the measure to the dimensions that can further be used for analytics.
So correctly said measure is something you create and it will be a sum or count of data [as an example].
The dimension will be another layer where you slice the measure by.
E.g. Total number of sales by product. Here sales is the measure and product is the dimension.
Dimension attributes are fields, columns of the dimension table.
E.g.
For Product - Product_ID, Product_Name)
For Customer - Cust_ID, Cust_Name)
Can you elaborate what you are trying to achieve by acquiring this information?
