Hello All,
Can you set expiry alarms into Business Central? Like getting a notification for every product hitting its last 3 months shelf life
Not without customisation or using another service. Maybe using power automate with a scheduled flow. You could find entries that meet your filter criteria and then create a list of notifications or single notifications
Thank you for always assistance Josh.
Can you please assist me on startup for customization or in any article for BC related to topics
thank you

You can replace the HTTP part with the BC connector. You will need to develop a query (use type API) or an API page. You can then use the "Find Entries" action which is part of the BC connector.
If you don't like this approach then you will need to create a processing only report to iterate through data.
Hi, you can try to add new notifications in Business Central.

Or, similar to the method provided by Josh, you can use power automate to send a message to Teams.
