    Hello Victor;

    Simple question but I thought I'd ask ethier way. Are we 100% sure this user has the right outlook client installed that works with the version of crm your using?

    Second question; when you say your able to login through IE; do you mean that the user that's having issues can log in through IE? Have you tried using your credentials on the outlook client to see if it's specific to this one users account and the outlook addon?

    Hi

    I downloaded the client once I logged into crm from IE. there was a button on top that said download crm for outlook so I am assuming that is the correct version.

    Yes The user having the issue can log in through IE. I have tried my creds in CRM for outlook and they don't work either.

    I have also installed this on a windows 10 laptop using this users creds and it work just fine. It is only the desktop PC that is having an issue.

    That's a strange one Victor; did you uninstall and reinstall it to the PC?

    I'm also assuming you installed the client the same way for the laptop right?

    installed the same way on the same on the laptop. Also  I uninstalled and cleaned the registry on the pc and re installed.  I also removed all the stored creds on the pc and replaced them with the laptop creds. I copied the crm folder from the laptop over to the desktop as well.

    Victor,

    If you run Outlook.exe as a different user (Shift, right-click), and enter your windows credentials directly when firing up Outlook, do you still have this error?

    Is your CRM internal?

    Ensure that your CRM site is listed as either a Trusted or Internal site in IE.

    yes id do get the same error. CRM is internal not crmonline. It is in trusted sites as I can log in just fine with IE

    We have a client with the same problem.  Any possible resolutions?  We did install Windows Identity Foundation but still have the same problem.
