"Vendor Balance List" Report does not produce result (Performance issue)

We have 15 Million records in Vendtrans table and there is a JOIN in processReport method of DataProvider class that brings data from Vendtable and Vendtrans.

The report does not produce the result even for ONE day and only showing "Loading" and after sometime gives the above error.

There is NO customization on this report from our side and also we have increase the report execution time but still no luck.

Any help in this regard will be highly appreciated!
