Hi. A workflow in Waiting state for very long time may have impact on performance for CRM On-prem. Can this also impact the performance for CRM Online? Thanks.

Yes it will also impact on the performance
Hi Saima
CRM Online has a limitation of 200 long running workflows, so this could eventually have an impact on your Async Service, I recommend you review the construction of your workflows,
feel free to share the workflow screenshot of the steps where its getting stuck
Best Wishes, Raz
You should also take care of the number of records in the AsycnOperation table, because if it has 1 million or more records, then you will be exposed to failure in async jobs because of lock problems, for example you will find that many simple workflows throws exception of cannot obtain lock on table x because of the too many records in the Asycnoperation table.

Thank you all, this is helpful.
Hi Raz,
where can I check what that limit currently is? Need to check if it's still 200 and/or if they're planning on updating that limit for v9
Thanks
