Hello there,
I created a customer voice survey and stored two variable fields "Lastname" and "Firstname" there.
These should be displayed to the contact who fills out the survey.
In Marketing I have an email with a button pointing to the survey.
In the customer journey, I have also saved the survey on the e-mail tile. If the contact clicks on the button in the mail, they end up on the survey.
But the variable fields are not adjusted to his first and last name. Only the standard values are there.
Via Real Time Marketing the problem can be solved with a trigger and a workflow that inserts the contact's values into the Customer Voice invitation link, but I have no idea how to implement this in Outbound Marketing.
Any ideas?
Regards
Ferdinand

Hi Ferdinand,
You can post your proposal in Ideas forum.
With requirements like this increase, the problem may well be released in the future.
Hi Nya,
thanks for your answer!
Is it possible to transfer this to the product team. Because that is a Bug we have /Feature we need in Outbound Marketing with Customer Voice integration.
Thanks
Ferdinand
Hi Ferdinand,
Unfortunately, based on my test, it can only be achieved by Real Time Marketing.
