Create an item with item Template applied in D365 FO

hi,
I need to create an item via code and also apply an item template during the item creation.
Can someone please share the code.
I tried the class but it can be applied only after the item is created but in std it adds directly before item creation.
EcoResProductTemplateApplyManagerUtils.applyTemplate.
