Printing SSRS Report to Paper Size other than letter

I have a product tag I am trying to create an SSRS report for. The difficulty is the tag requires a paper size of 11 x 7. I have installed a printer and made all of its default settings point to Tabloid size. I* have set my SSRS report setting in Visual Studio to print to Tabloid Size. I have set the body of report to be 11 x 7. Depsite all of this the report continues to scale to letter size when printing from AX. If I place a box in the corners of my report body and utilize the entire 11 by 7 area it ends up throwing to 3 pages rather than printing at 11 x 7 on a single page.

I had read all of the forum posts to date. It seems some people have resigned themselves to saving the file to PDF and then printing it which seems very non-user friendly. Others have suggested that it works in R2 by clicking the 'Override default settings' checkbox in the "Print destination settings" dialogue box however we are on R1 and I have been unable to locate any file for "hotfix KB 2820335" (which someone suggested provides the checkbox)

Has anyone found a work aorund to this issue?

Thanks in advance!

Anna P.

Probably the result is influenced by printer driver. Save to pdf and verify the result; if correct the problem is in printet settings.
